Too busy to cook family meals? Instapot to the rescue! Learn just how fabulous this multifunctional, cooking appliance is by joining City Market’s own Michelle Perreault (of RoRo’s). In this demonstration, Michelle is going to prepare a whole pressure-roasted chicken along with vegetables using her Instapot in our Community Kitchen. She’ll then talk about meals that can be made using broths produced in the Instapot and, if time allows, the health/nutrition benefits of bone broth (a food trend among Paleo diet devotees). So pull up a stool at the City Market kitchen counter and learn how this meal that would make your grandmother proud can become an easy staple in your household!
