Introduction to Self-Healing explores the causes of wellness and how a person can take responsibility for their own health by changing everyday habits.
It gives a brief overview of the four levels of healing: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
On the physical level, diet is a much larger issue than the medical community are taught or convey to their patients. The biggest mistakes are eating animal and processed food which is foreign to the human digestive tract. How did we humans get into these unnatural habits? This talk begins to describe what happens in the body when the diet is changed along with other lifestyle changes.
Future talks can advance to more information about physical healing including specific suggestions and ways to stay motivated. We can then begin to understand the role emotions and thoughts play in disease.
This information is exciting because it puts the owner of the body in charge of their own wellness.
