In this presentation, Rebecca Spannagel will explain how the simple act of eating different foods (especially those loaded with healthy fats) can make you feel BETTER, SEXIER and SANE in a sea of confusing choices and advice. Rebecca Spannagel is currently working toward her certification as a Natural Health Educator at NITE (Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education) in Mount Pleasant, MI. She has been a registered nurse for almost 18 years, working with people from all walks of life, ages, and needs, in many different areas.
