Canning 101 with Chef Angie Younce

Join Pastry Chef & Cookier Angie Younce as she demonstrates the basics and beyond for canning. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to can those extra tomatoes or strawberries, but just didn’t know where to start, this is the class for you. Equipment, food safety and the water bath canning method will be covered. The cost of this class is $5. Everyone will go home with a jar of jam and a few recipes to get started canning at home.
